I've been collecting the pieces for these images for about 6 weeks. Probably longer than that. But if you know me- YOU KNOW it's takes me FOREVER to complete a piece.
It has to be right. Feel right.
Some textured paper. I want to call it rice paper only because I like to sound fancy lol. It might be tho, idk
this is where it started...
When I got to this point, I went to Michaels and spent like an HOUR looking for a sheet of paper large enough to fit the entire image.
Came home with a massive mixed media book thing to only realize that it was TOO ambitious for what I wanted to create.
I always do this. Smh. Spend crazy amount of $$ in Michaels and don't use the stuff.
But know -- that this image was made with love.
Thought it all the way through.
Here she is.
Not yet finished (I think). And I love her.
Here is the beginning to a life long journey of love my Queen.
